Wondering why your email isn't showing up when you click on it? This article has all the answers you're looking for! 

As you might have already noticed with the new update, when you click on your email, Shift will show the app you were in there previously. The reason behind this is that your Workspace remembers where you clicked before you clicked on another Workspace. This change was made for design purposes to so that when you switch between Workspaces you can pick up right where you left off! If you would like to navigate directly back to your email inbox you can simply double-click on your email to get the inbox page.
